Outer arc length
Decisive factor: This determines the circumference of the cup mouth.
Calculation relationship: Outer arc length ≈ π× cup mouth diameter. Due to overlapping edges during processing, the actual arc length may be slightly greater than the theoretical value.
Inner arc length
Decisive factor: This determines the circumference of the bottom of the paper cup.
Calculation relationship: Inner arc length ≈ π× cup bottom diameter.
Bus length
Decisive factor: This determines the height of the paper cup.
Note: The length of the busbar is not exactly equal to the height of the cup, as there needs to be a section at the bottom of the cup body for bonding (curling) with the cup bottom, but the two are strongly correlated.
Fan-shaped angle
Decisive factor: This is a geometric angle determined by the diameter of the cup mouth and the height of the cup. It defines the 'degree of opening' of the sector.
Importance: Accurate fan-shaped angle is the key to ensuring that paper cups can be perfectly rolled into a cone shape and have neat seams.
Overlapping edge width
Position: There will be an additional edge on one radial edge of the sector.
